Terms of Service

দোকান POS provides point-of-sale, inventory, customer, billing and related business-management tools delivered over the internet on a subscription basis.

We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and operate a business in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

New shops start on a free plan/trial with limited capacity. Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) unlock higher limits and additional features.

When a free trial ends without an upgrade, the shop may be suspended. When a paid subscription expires and is not renewed within the grace period, the shop is downgraded to the free plan; your data is preserved.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected cycle (monthly or yearly) through our payment partners (e.g., SSLCommerz, bKash). Prices are shown at checkout in BDT unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew by purchasing a new term. It is your responsibility to renew before expiry to avoid a downgrade. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law, infringing others’ rights, attempting to breach security or access other tenants’ data, reselling the Service without authorization, or uploading malicious code.

You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter (products, customers, prices, taxes) and for complying with tax and consumer-protection laws applicable to your business.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

You can export your shop data at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy, and request deletion of your account and data.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups where critical; we also keep operational backups as described in our documentation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are involved in fraud or abuse, or fail to pay applicable fees.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Certain provisions (e.g., liability, governing law) survive termination.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangladesh.
