Privacy Policy

Account data: shop name, owner/staff name, phone, email and password (stored hashed).

Business data you enter: products, customers, suppliers, sales, purchases, payments and related records.

Billing data: subscription plan, transaction references and payment status (card/account numbers are handled by our payment partners, not stored by us).

Technical data: log/usage information and IP address used for security and rate limiting.

To provide and operate the Service, process subscriptions, and deliver features you enable (e.g., SMS/email/WhatsApp notifications you configure).

To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and provide support.

To send essential service messages (e.g., trial/subscription expiry reminders). We do not sell your data.

Payment processors (e.g., SSLCommerz, bKash, AamarPay) to process subscription payments.

Messaging providers (SMS gateway, SMTP email, WhatsApp APIs) that YOU configure, to deliver the notifications you send to your own customers.

Infrastructure/hosting providers that run the servers. We share only what is necessary, and require appropriate safeguards.

Data you collect about your own customers is controlled by you. You are the data controller; we act as a processor on your behalf.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and message your customers and for honoring their requests.

Passwords are hashed; sessions use signed tokens. Each shop’s data is isolated by tenant and access is permission-controlled.

We apply rate limiting, audit logging and operational backups. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your shop data is removed, subject to limited records we may keep for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.

Access & export: download a full JSON export of your shop data from Settings → Data & Privacy.

Deletion: permanently delete your account and data from the same screen.

Correction: edit your records at any time within the app.

We use essential cookies for authentication and to remember preferences (e.g., theme, language). We do not use them for third-party advertising.

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this Policy and will notify you of material changes in the app or by email.
